All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified below.

We encourage you to review all course details, previews, and FAQs before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to enrolling.

🔹 Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We may offer a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Purchase
    If you accidentally purchase the same course twice, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

  2. Technical Issues
    If you experience a technical problem preventing access to the course that we are unable to resolve within 7 days, a partial or full refund may be issued.

🔹 No Refunds Will Be Given For:

  • Failure to attend live sessions or complete course material

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Missed deadlines or job application outcomes

  • Lifetime membership programs

  • Services rendered (e.g., 1-on-1 coaching, resume reviews)
